Founded in 2025, Vietnamese Governance Map Joint Stock Company (The MAP) aims to become a platform that brings together leading managers and builds governance models and systems grounded in Chất Việt. Its mission is to help Vietnamese businesses turn their national identity into competitive resolve. Continuing the spirit of “Gathering Talent” from TalentPool (since 2008), The MAP aims to connect the minds of Vietnam’s leading managers, providing support and leverage to help Vietnamese brands reach the world. Vietnamese Governance Map was initiated by Ms. Đỗ Thuỳ Dương (former Director of Talent & Culture Development at VinFast, Vingroup; founder and operator of TalentPool). With her outstanding ability to attract and bring together talented people toward a great mission, Ms. Dương and her colleagues are working to build The MAP into an ecosystem that gathers Vietnam’s leading experts.
The MAP is currently supported by Mr. Trần Sĩ Chương (Strategist), Ms. Hồng Nguyễn (former CEO of Vincommerce, VinEco, VinSmart), Ms. Bùi Kim Thuỳ (Member of the Harvard Advisory Board – Asia Pacific), Ms. Ngô Ngọc Anh (former CEO of Golden Gate), and many experts and researchers in governance, strategy, history, and culture.
